 Duties/Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate daily freight movements and ensure timely delivery from point A to point B.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contact carriers to negotiate rates, resolve disputes, and ensure efficient load assignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their loads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the transportation process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics and operational flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and solving logistical issues in real-time.
 </li>

 Hours
 
 
 
 Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM. However, since freight never stops, there may be additional hours required to support operations and ensure the smooth movement of goods.
