 Purpose of the Job:
 
 
 
 Coordinate the daily activities of the project team to keep the department works running smoothly.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate between the project teams and with other departments for the daily department activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily work progress reports and update the status after job completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the weekend Job List and coordinate with other departments for its approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Job completion reports for the weekend jobs, shutdown jobs, and other Project Related activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Auto-Cad drawings related to Projects &amp; maintenance works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform administrative activities related to the vendor/contractors' Visa arrangements, traveling &amp; accommodation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare purchase requisitions &amp; Follow-up for release. Follow-up on the release of Purchase Orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare cost Comparison Statements as per the received offers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on the status of materials with the Purchasing department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all SAP-related functions of the Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with supervisors for work status/ completion.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 Associate Degree
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Certifications:
 
 
 
 Certificate Course in Mechanical Drafting
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 3 years of experience in projects
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job-related Skills:

 Auto-Cad.

 Planning and organizing

 Communication Arabic &amp; English (verbal &amp; written)
