Project Coordinator ( Saudi )

Purpose of the Job:

Coordinate the daily activities of the project team to keep the department works running smoothly.


Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate between the project teams and with other departments for the daily department activities.
  • Prepare daily work progress reports and update the status after job completion.
  • Prepare the weekend Job List and coordinate with other departments for its approval.
  • Prepare Job completion reports for the weekend jobs, shutdown jobs, and other Project Related activities.
  • Prepare Auto-Cad drawings related to Projects & maintenance works.
  • Perform administrative activities related to the vendor/contractors' Visa arrangements, traveling & accommodation.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions & Follow-up for release. Follow-up on the release of Purchase Orders.
  • Prepare cost Comparison Statements as per the received offers.
  • Follow up on the status of materials with the Purchasing department.
  • Handle all SAP-related functions of the Department.
  • Coordinate with supervisors for work status/ completion.


Education:

Associate Degree


Certifications:

Certificate Course in Mechanical Drafting

Experience:

3 years of experience in projects


Job-related Skills:

  • Auto-Cad.
  • Planning and organizing
  • Communication Arabic & English (verbal & written)
  • Self-Management
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
