Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing accurate and relevant medical advice, and referring callers to appropriate medical professionals if necessary. The Call Center Agent will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of medication and medical conditions, and conduct follow-up calls with customers as required:<ul><li>Receive&amp; handle customer orders through phone calls.</li><li>Enter the customer information into the system.</li><li>Perform the payment online task.</li><li>Receive, handle, track &amp; close the customer inquiries.</li><li>Receive the customer complaints&amp; feedback through the various communication channels, handle it and escalate it to the Customer Centric Agent for further closure.</li><li>Perform the job of medical consultancy and reply to all the customer inquiries.</li><li>Social Media Applications handling:</li></ul>1-Instagram Handling (Retailing, customer complaints, customer inquiries, medical consultancy, receiving orders through direct messages).2-WhatsApp Handling (Retailing, customer complaints, customer inquiries, medical consultancy, receiving orders through direct messages, update the daily status with the daily offers).QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE:1. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy or any equal qualification.2. Years of Experience: Fresh graduate is preferred.3. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions.</li><li>Verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and potential drug interactions.</li><li>Counsel patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and storage.</li><li>Provide personalized advice on health, wellness, and medication management.</li><li>Offer guidance on over-the-counter medications and minor ailment treatments.</li><li>Conduct medication reviews and manage repeat prescriptions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.</li><li>Stay updated with changes in pharmacy practice and healthcare policies.</li><li>Handle medication storage, including temperature control and security measures.</li><li>Provide friendly and professional service to all customers.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).</li><li>Valid MOH pharmacist license in Kuwait.</li><li>Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.</li><li>Customer-focused attitude and commitment to patient care.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Community Pharmacist: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Fluent Arabic &amp; English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>MOH Pharmacist license.
