Overview:We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage and support various HR functions, including compensation &amp; benefits, employee engagement, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:Administer compensation &amp; benefits programs and ensure compliance.Drive employee engagement through initiatives and activities.Track and report HR KPIs (turnover rate, employee satisfaction, etc.).Support recruitment, training, and policy development.Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in HR functions.Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential data.Preferred:HR certification (SHRM, PHRI).Awareness of the latest HR trends and practices.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What's your current salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions.</li><li>Verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and potential drug interactions.</li><li>Counsel patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and storage.</li><li>Provide personalized advice on health, wellness, and medication management.</li><li>Offer guidance on over-the-counter medications and minor ailment treatments.</li><li>Conduct medication reviews and manage repeat prescriptions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.</li><li>Stay updated with changes in pharmacy practice and healthcare policies.</li><li>Handle medication storage, including temperature control and security measures.</li><li>Provide friendly and professional service to all customers.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).</li><li>Valid MOH pharmacist license in Kuwait.</li><li>Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.</li><li>Customer-focused attitude and commitment to patient care.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Community Pharmacist: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Fluent Arabic &amp; English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>MOH Pharmacist license.
