Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial sales Supervisor with strong pharmacy relationships and extensive OTC experience to lead our sales team and support business growth in the Kuwaiti market.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead, support, and supervise the medical sales team to achieve all assigned targets.</li><li>Support sales growth by developing new leads and assigning monthly, weekly, and daily targets to the team.</li><li>Manage the entire sales process from pre-contract to post-signature phases and coordinate with internal departments to ensure team awareness of new contracts.</li><li>Propose updates to current processes, product lists, and medical/billing policies for payers.</li><li>Ensure all contractual agreements meet financial targets and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Analyze cost and utilization data to support decision-making.</li><li>Review and analyze daily achievement reports to ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding invoices with customers to ensure timely collection.</li><li>Coordinate with the team to reactivate inactive customers and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated customer issues.</li><li>Develop bi-weekly reports on sales team performance, customer activation, and market updates.</li><li>Ensure activation of new customers and maintain existing ones to increase sales volume and market share.</li><li>Provide input on advertising, promotional materials, and product literature.</li><li>Recommend competitive pricing strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or OTC field.</li><li>Strong and established relationships with pharmacies in Kuwait.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Kuwaiti OTC market.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management experience.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What's your current salary ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Otc: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
