OBJECTIVE:Handling pharmacy sales, processing payments and handling additional tasks required in order to support the pharmacy team and ensure quick and quality service to customers.RESPONSIBILITY:<ul><li>Collect payments from clients, balance registers, and check daily receipts to maintain the pharmacy budget.</li><li>Operate the cash register, handling money transactions.</li><li>Check and ensure K-Net Machine is properly functioning.</li><li>Assess the pharmacy team to take inventory and maintain the pharmacy supply levels and stock shelves with product.</li><li>Verify the prices and against the dispensed items and release the receipt and ensure the customer received it before leaving.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Minimum Qualifications: High school degree - Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Years of Experience: 1 years as a pharmacy cashier is preferred</li><li>Language: English/ Arabic</li><li>VISA: 18 Transferable</li><li>Minimum: One Year in Kuwait</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD260.000 per monthWork Location: In person

A proactive Stock Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory across branches by reconciling physical counts with system data and collaborating with warehouse and finance teams.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Conduct Perpetual physical stock counts during branch visits.</li><li>Reconcile inventory data between physical stock, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and Excel records.</li><li>Review, purchase, sales, and return transactions to ensure alignment with actual stock movement.</li><li>Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Compile and deliver detailed reports on audit findings and stock status.</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and accounting teams to maintain data integrity.</li><li>Support month-end closing processes, including inventory costing and analysis.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting and inventory control.</li><li>Strong command of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel is advantage.</li><li>High attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license and personal vehicle is Must.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per monthWork Location: In person
