Overview:We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage and support various HR functions, including compensation &amp; benefits, employee engagement, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:Administer compensation &amp; benefits programs and ensure compliance.Drive employee engagement through initiatives and activities.Track and report HR KPIs (turnover rate, employee satisfaction, etc.).Support recruitment, training, and policy development.Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in HR functions.Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential data.Preferred:HR certification (SHRM, PHRI).Awareness of the latest HR trends and practices.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What's your current salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
