Cannabis Retail Operations Associate - Dispensary / Lab / Market SupportPharmtrue is hiring cross-functional cannabis operations staff for our Las Cruces stores.This is not just a budtender role. This position supports retail sales, online pickup flow, product restock, packaging/lab support, market prep, customer service, cleaning/closeout, and daily operating systems.We are looking for people who are reliable, coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside a structured system.You must be 21+ to work in the New Mexico cannabis industry.What you will do:- Help customers at the dispensary with accurate, compliant service- Use POS/BioTrack, Teams, and Pharmtrue internal app workflows- Follow channel routing for product, app, cash, supply, and maintenance issues- Support pre-rolls, labeling, packaging, restock, and inventory projects- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready for handoff- Communicate blockers early instead of letting issues drift- Work retail, lab support, market prep, or closing lanes as assignedThis role is a strong fit if you:- Show up on time and communicate before there is a problem- Can follow written instructions and use apps/work systems during shift- Are comfortable being coached and corrected in real time- Care about accuracy, compliance, and clean handoffs- Can stay productive when the store gets busy or priorities changeRequired:- 21+- Reliable attendance and shift communication- Ability to stand, move, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform retail/restock tasks with or without reasonable accommodation- Comfort using phone/computer-based work tools- Availability for evenings/weekends preferredPay: $13.01/hourPharmtrue is building a serious operations team.
