Cannabis Retail Operations Associate - Dispensary / Lab / Market Support

Pharmtrue is hiring cross-functional cannabis operations staff for our Las Cruces stores.

This is not just a budtender role. This position supports retail sales, online pickup flow, product restock, packaging/lab support, market prep, customer service, cleaning/closeout, and daily operating systems.

We are looking for people who are reliable, coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside a structured system.

You must be 21+ to work in the New Mexico cannabis industry.

What you will do:

- Help customers at the dispensary with accurate, compliant service

- Use POS/BioTrack, Teams, and Pharmtrue internal app workflows

- Follow channel routing for product, app, cash, supply, and maintenance issues

- Support pre-rolls, labeling, packaging, restock, and inventory projects

- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready for handoff

- Communicate blockers early instead of letting issues drift

- Work retail, lab support, market prep, or closing lanes as assigned

Required:

- 21+

- Reliable attendance and shift communication

- Ability to stand, move, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform retail/restock tasks with or without reasonable accommodation

- Comfort using phone/computer-based work tools

- Availability for evenings/weekends preferred

Pay: $13.01/hour
