<li>Supervise and mentor HR staff (if applicable), providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.</li>
<li>Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.</li>
<li>Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage employee performance evaluation processes.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.</li>
<li>Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.</li>
<li>Facilitate communication between employees and management to promote a positive work environment.</li>
<li>Responsible for Environmental Coordinator duties as specified in Technimark&rsquo;s Policy Manual.</li>
<li>Sustain existing improvements to Site Safety Plan aimed at Increasing Employee Focus &amp; Awareness, Educating Employees on Safety Policies/Procedures/Behaviors and Increasing Employee Involvement.</li>
<li>Develop and implement campus-wide safety policies and programs to prevent or correct unsafe working conditions and unsafe working habits.</li>
<li>Oversee the complete and thorough investigation of each Site recordable injury in a timely manner, identifying root causes, effective corrective actions and leading efforts for full implementation of these corrective actions.</li>
<li>Assist with management of Workers' Compensation - loss prevention, claims management, return to work programs, and investigations.</li>
<li>Participate in internal Safety &amp; Environmental audits and meetings to monitor current safety/environmental performance, identify hazards/ opportunities for improvements and track progress of improvement action items.</li>
<li>Participate in accident investigations with Managers, Supervisors and Staffing Agencies.</li>
<li>Conduct Technimark Safety Observations as required. Maintain/ update evacuation maps as required.</li>
<li>Maintain/update SDS database, including periodic audits of products in the facility.</li>
<li>Participate in meetings with consultants for Safety and Environment as needed.</li>
<li>Assist with fire drills for all facilities.</li>
<li>Oversee waste areas for compliance and report results to Safety Manager</li>
<li>Complete plant walks through daily and report all findings to supervisors and plant managers.</li>
<li>Assist with completing safety and environmental audits, follow-ups, and corrective actions.</li>
<li>Maintain/ update evacuation maps as required.</li>
<li>Participate in the process of developing JSA&rsquo;s, LOTO procedures and verify completion of annual reviews/ audits of LOTO procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain controlled documents for all safety procedures.</li>
<li>Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li>
</ul>
