 In this role, you will play a key part in supporting construction, operations, and maintenance activities for electric
 
 distribution and transmission
 
 systems. You will collaborate with industry leaders, contribute to high-impact infrastructure initiatives, and help maintain operational excellence across complex utility projects.

 Role &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support construction, operations, and maintenance activities for electric transmission and distribution systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with new construction work, preventive and corrective maintenance, and field inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer damage claims, billing, job kitting, work order balancing, and material reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with managers, supervisors, and both office and field personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform document management functions, including reviewing, formatting, and storing documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, administer, and process work orders (including PR/PO creation).
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve customer-related issues and inquiries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support budget management and general construction office operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in emergency restoration efforts, including weekends and holidays as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel occasionally between office locations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 AS degree or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in business software applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with SAP and P6 is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
