The Opportunity

Our client, a leading Project Management Advisory and Services firm supporting major capital projects across North America, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Augusta, ME .

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting construction, operations, and maintenance activities for electric distribution and transmission systems. You will collaborate with industry leaders, contribute to high-impact infrastructure initiatives, and help maintain operational excellence across complex utility projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support construction, operations, and maintenance activities for electric transmission and distribution systems.
• Assist with new construction work, preventive and corrective maintenance, and field inspections.
• Administer damage claims, billing, job kitting, work order balancing, and material reviews.
• Work closely with managers, supervisors, and both office and field personnel.
• Perform document management functions, including reviewing, formatting, and storing documents.
• Create, administer, and process work orders (including PR/PO creation).
• Resolve customer-related issues and inquiries.
• Support budget management and general construction office operations.
• Participate in emergency restoration efforts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Travel occasionally between office locations.

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of experience.
• Strong background in business software applications.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with SAP and P6 is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
