Job Description:&middot; Welcomes on-site visitors in a warm and friendly manner, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.&middot; Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose, and forwards the calls to appropriate personnel.&middot; Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with addresses, directions, and other information.&middot; Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.&middot; Assist applicants with completing applications, schedule interview for applicants.&middot; Take deliveries to the appropriate locations.&middot; Assist with sorting the daily mail&middot; Must always maintain a professional appearance.&middot; Ensure reception and lobby areas are always clean and tidy.&middot; Clerical duties as assignedRequirements:&middot; Prior knowledge of excel, Microsoft product, data entry experience&middot; Strong organizational skills&middot; Attention to detail&middot; Ability to multitask&middot; Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and conductJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
