Job Description:
· Welcomes on-site visitors in a warm and friendly manner, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
· Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose, and forwards the calls to appropriate personnel.
· Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with addresses, directions, and other information.
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
· Assist applicants with completing applications, schedule interview for applicants.
· Take deliveries to the appropriate locations.
· Assist with sorting the daily mail
· Must always maintain a professional appearance.
· Ensure reception and lobby areas are always clean and tidy.
· Clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Prior knowledge of excel, Microsoft product, data entry experience
· Strong organizational skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multitask
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
