<div><p>The Quality Floor Inspector is responsible for evaluating the quality of production parts<br>
using blueprints, inspection tools, gauges, and documented standards. This role ensures<br>
all product tags and labels meet identification requirements and are affixed properly. The<br>
inspector also supports continuous improvement by identifying non-conformances and<br>
participating in rework and quality control projects.</p>
<div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Inspect production parts to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.</li><li>Use blueprints, hand tools, and gauges to evaluate product quality.</li><li>Ensure all tags/labels meet product identification standards and are properly applied.</li><li>Report non-conforming conditions to supervisors promptly.</li><li>Participate in sorting, rework, and packing of parts as needed.</li><li>Assist with quality improvement initiatives and document control.</li><li>Comply with all required SOPs and quality/safety documentation.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Ability to read, use, and calibrate digital and dial calipers as well as micrometers</li><li>Familiarity with standard quality inspection tools and procedures.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow written/verbal instructions.</li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move parts as needed.</li></ul></div>
