You&rsquo;ll guide them through the entire enrollment process&mdash;from application to enrollment&mdash;providing support that is nurturing, informative, and welcoming every step of the way. Duties also include answering enrollment inquiries, updating family records, and assisting with general questions via phone and email.<ul><li>Guide families through the enrollment process over phone and email</li><li>Answer questions and provide clear, friendly support</li><li>Accurately enter and update contact information</li><li>Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed</li><li>Work with a team to meet goals and deliver great service</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong communication and people skills</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Basic computer skills and comfort with multiple systems</li><li>Reliability and attention to detail</li><li>Fluency in English and Spanish is required</li></ul>No prior call center or enrollment experience required.
