What You’ll Do

You will be the first point of contact for families exploring cyber school options for students in grades K–12. You’ll guide them through the entire enrollment process—from application to enrollment—providing support that is nurturing, informative, and welcoming every step of the way. Duties also include answering enrollment inquiries, updating family records, and assisting with general questions via phone and email.

  • Guide families through the enrollment process over phone and email
  • Answer questions and provide clear, friendly support
  • Accurately enter and update contact information
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed
  • Work with a team to meet goals and deliver great service

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with multiple systems
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required

No prior call center or enrollment experience required.
Candidates must have experience in a fast-paced office environment with multitasking and multi-screen workflows.

Compensation

  • $19/hour to start

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position (Monday – Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday hours are 8am - 5pm)
  • Potential hybrid flexibility after 90 days
