Job Overview We are hiring a reliable and energetic Cashier/Customer Service team member for a busy Vietnamese pho restaurant. This is a semi self-service concept where customers order at the counter, and our team delivers food to tables and clears them after dining.We are a high-volume store, especially during lunch rush, so we are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Take customer orders accurately at the counter using POS system</li><li>Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times</li><li>Deliver food to tables and assist with dining area maintenance</li><li>Bus and clean tables efficiently after customers leave</li><li>Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Fast-paced with heavy lunch rush</li><li>Team-oriented and customer-focused</li><li>Semi self-service (customers handle water, fountain drinks, utensils)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous waitress/server experience strongly preferred</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Must be fluent in English (clear and professional communication required)</li><li>Vietnamese language is a strong plus</li><li>Ability to stay organized and efficient under pressure</li><li>Must be able to work Sundays (required)</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$6.50/hour + tips</li><li>Tips typically average $11&ndash;$13 per hour</li><li>(higher than typical cashier positions due to service involvement)</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Positive attitude and team player</li><li>Comfortable working in a busy environment</li><li>Quick learner with strong work ethic</li><li>Friendly and attentive with customers</li></ul>This position is ideal for someone with serving experience who wants stable hours with strong tip potential in a structured, fast-paced environment.Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
