We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle in our growing company.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding</li><li>Payroll processing and salary administration</li><li>Benefits management and compliance with labor laws</li><li>Performance reviews, employee relations, and exit interviews</li><li>Maintaining HR records and policies</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Freshers or Preferred 2+ years HR experience covering recruitment to exit</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll systems and local employment regulations</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>Long-term commitment (minimum 3+ years preferred)</li></ul>Join us for a stable, long-term role with growth potential.
