HR Executive

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle in our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Payroll processing and salary administration
• Benefits management and compliance with labor laws
• Performance reviews, employee relations, and exit interviews
• Maintaining HR records and policies

Requirements:

• Freshers or Preferred 2+ years HR experience covering recruitment to exit
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and local employment regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Long-term commitment (minimum 3+ years preferred)
