4. Develops and maintains intuitive dashboards, reports, and presentations using software such as Transfer Center, Teletracking, as well as tools like Excel, SQL or Power BI, to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership, physicians, and network partners.

5. Proactively identifies data anomalies and trends observed in summarized business and financial data; independently benchmarks data from different sources to determine operational, financial and quality metrics.

Patient Logistics Ops Spec

<div><div><div><p>The Nursing Services Supervisor coordinates shift operational flow in conjunction with organizational and departmental strategic goals, objectives, and standards and is the hospital&rsquo;s clinical representative/resource for patients, families, and the healthcare team, at both the unit and organization levels. This position provides clinical leadership of patient care services and directs supervision of nursing and support staff to ensure consistent provision of developmentally appropriate quality patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, regulatory, professional standards and requirements. Provides clinical leadership with accountability in promoting quality patient care and an engaging work environment, during assigned shift.

Clinical Supervisor - Avondale Emergency Department

<div><div><div><p>This position provides information systems support of specified departmental and hospital software through maintenance of all associated database tables, hardware, and any associated peripheral systems to ensure consistency between and among various integrated systems. Maintains compliance with all regulatory and procedural standards. This position receives oversight of daily work from the Lead Pharmacist Clinical Informatics and supervision of work activities from the department operations, clinical and business leadership and pharmacists. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Pharmacy Services. This position does not supervise any other position.
