You won't be &quot;cold calling&quot; strangers; instead, you will be consulting with warm leads, community members, and existing patients to help them commit to their long-term wellness journeys.<ul><li>Key Responsibilities:</li><li>Conduct Consultations: Meet with prospective and existing patients to discuss their health goals, explain our care plans, and confidently close sales.</li><li>Community Outreach &amp; Events: Represent Phoenix Chiropractic at local health fairs, corporate wellness events, and community fitness pop-ups to generate new patient leads.</li><li>Lead Management: Promptly follow up with inquiries from our marketing campaigns via phone, email, and text.</li><li>Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with patients to encourage referrals and long-term retention.</li><li>Hit Care Goals: Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets to help the clinic grow.</li></ul>Who You Are (Requirements)We are looking for a &quot;people person&quot; who genuinely cares about health and wellness, but also loves the thrill of closing a deal.<ul><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales (B2C sales, luxury retail, fitness membership sales, or healthcare/medical sales preferred).</li><li>Communication Skills: You are an active listener who can articulate the value of chiropractic care with enthusiasm and empathy.</li><li>Resilience: You view &quot;no&quot; as just a stepping stone to a &quot;yes&quot; and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.</li><li>Passion for Wellness: You live or appreciate a healthy lifestyle. As a Medical Sales Representative for Phoenix Chiropractic, you won't be selling pills or generic medical devices&mdash;you will be championing a life-changing approach to healthcare.In this role, you will drive clinic growth by building strong referral networks with local medical doctors, physical therapists, fitness centers, and corporate wellness programs, while also engaging directly with prospective patients.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Network Development: Identify, court, and establish strong referral partnerships with local general practitioners, orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and health businesses.Community Outreach &amp; Events: Represent Phoenix Chiropractic at local health fairs, corporate wellness days, and community events to generate direct patient leads.Internal Sales &amp; Conversion: Follow up on warm leads, conduct initial consultations, and effectively communicate the value of our care plans to convert inquiries into active patients.Market Strategy: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to develop unique sales strategies that keep our clinic top-of-mind.CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of outreach efforts, referral sources, and pipeline data to track ROI and conversion rates.Required QualificationsQualifications &amp; SkillsExperience: 1&ndash;3 years of proven success in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or high-end health/wellness sales (e.g., gym memberships, medical devices, dental). Experience in chiropractic or holistic health is a massive plus!Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently pitch to medical doctors just as comfortably as speaking with a prospective patient.Drive: A self-motivated &quot;hunter&quot; mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver&rsquo;s license for local travel and external B2B meetings.Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Kinesiology, or a related health field preferred (but relevant experience trumps a degree!).NOTE: Do not reach out to or contact our office (770-744-5810).
