<p></p><div><b>Position Overview:</b></div>
<div>We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate <b>Board-Certified Pediatrician</b> to join our growing primary care team in <b>Southwest Florida</b>. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to children from birth through adolescence in a supportive, collaborative, and community-focused environment. This position emphasizes high-quality care, preventive services, and strong continuity of care for pediatric patients and their families.</div>
<p></p><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Provide routine primary care and preventive services, including well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, and sports physicals</li>
<li>Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses</li>
<li>Manage complex pediatric care in coordination with pediatric specialists</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)</li>
<li>Counsel patients and families on proper nutrition, hygiene, behavior, and disease prevention</li>
<li>Collaborate with our integrated care teams&mdash;including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff&mdash;to ensure continuity and quality of care</li>
<li>Utilize our robust electronic health record (EHR) system (eClinicalWorks)</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives</li>
<li>Maintain licensure, certification, and continuing medical education (CME) requirements</li>
<li>Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal healthcare regulations and standards</li>
</ul><p></p><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<div><b>Required:</b></div>
<ul><li>M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school</li>
<li>Board Certification in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP)</li>
<li>Active and unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain</li>
<li>DEA registration</li>
<li>BLS and PALS certification</li>
<li>Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to evidence-based and family-centered care</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>A team-first mindset and a passion for community health</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred:</b></div>
<ul><li>2+ years of experience in a primary care outpatient pediatric setting</li>
<li>Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus</li>
