Milkshake, Sweets &amp; Candy Maker &ndash; Central Kitchen (Full-Time)Location: [Doha &ndash; Qatar] Company: Pick N Shake / Central Production FacilityAbout the Role: We are looking for a skilled and energetic Milkshake, Sweets &amp; Candy Maker to join our central kitchen team. This role focuses on preparing high-quality milkshake mixes, dessert ingredients, toppings, and candy items for our outlets and online customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sweet production and understands the importance of consistency, hygiene, and fast delivery turnaround.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare milkshake following recipes and quality standards</li><li>Produce sweets and candy items such as chocolate toppings, gummies, caramel, and marshmallow mixes</li><li>Handle online orders and support order preparation for delivery apps (e.g., Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Deliveroo)</li><li>Ensure accuracy and speed in online order assembly to maintain customer satisfaction and rating performance</li><li>Assist with packaging, labeling, and portioning of products for outlets and online orders</li><li>Maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation across batches</li><li>Operate and clean mixers, blenders, and kitchen equipment safely</li><li>Follow food safety standards and ensure proper stock rotation</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Support daily production targets and help with new product development when required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in sweets, baking, pastry, chocolate, beverages, or similar roles preferred</li><li>Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency</li><li>Familiarity with online ordering platforms or delivery operations is an advantage</li><li>Strong focus on hygiene and food safety practices (HACCP knowledge is a plus)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines</li><li>Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork</li></ul>Working Hours: Full-time, based in central kitchenJob Type: Part-timePay: Up to QAR2,000.00 per month
