About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Milkshake, Sweets & Candy Maker to join our central kitchen team. This role focuses on preparing high-quality milkshake mixes, dessert ingredients, toppings, and candy items for our outlets and online customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sweet production and understands the importance of consistency, hygiene, and fast delivery turnaround.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare milkshake following recipes and quality standards
• Produce sweets and candy items such as chocolate toppings, gummies, caramel, and marshmallow mixes
• Handle online orders and support order preparation for delivery apps (e.g., Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Deliveroo)
• Ensure accuracy and speed in online order assembly to maintain customer satisfaction and rating performance
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and portioning of products for outlets and online orders
• Maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation across batches
• Operate and clean mixers, blenders, and kitchen equipment safely
• Follow food safety standards and ensure proper stock rotation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support daily production targets and help with new product development when required

Requirements:

• Experience in sweets, baking, pastry, chocolate, beverages, or similar roles preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Familiarity with online ordering platforms or delivery operations is an advantage
• Strong focus on hygiene and food safety practices (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork

Working Hours: Full-time, based in central kitchen

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to QAR2,000.00 per month
