We are seeking an experienced Pastry Consultant to support the development, improvement, and standardization of our pastry and dessert offerings. The consultant will work closely with management and kitchen teams to enhance product quality, cost efficiency, and presentation in line with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine pastry and dessert recipes
  • Improve existing menu items and introduce new concepts
  • Standardize recipes, portioning, and production methods
  • Train and guide kitchen staff on pastry techniques and best practices
  • Support cost control, sourcing, and ingredient optimization
  • Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef & Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production
  • Experience in menu development and kitchen training
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear guidance
  • Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality brands is preferred
