Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, sourdough breads, and other baked products.
- Follow and improve existing recipes while maintaining high quality standards.
- Develop creative solutions when needed to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in all baked goods.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge in pastry, sourdough baking, and bakery production techniques.
- Ability to create, adjust, and troubleshoot recipes as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Passion for baking and attention to detail.
