<br><div><div><div><div><p>Pierce Atwood LLP is seeking an associate or counsel to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have 5&ndash;10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, including drafting and negotiating commercial loan documents, reviewing title examinations, and preparing title commitments and policies.</p>
<p>
In addition to lending work, this role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions, as well as handling related financing matters.</p>
<p>
Candidates should demonstrate strong writing, communication, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<p>
The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $150,000-$225,000.</p>
