Senior Real Estate Lending Associate – Boston, MA

Pierce Atwood LLP is seeking an associate or counsel to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, including drafting and negotiating commercial loan documents, reviewing title examinations, and preparing title commitments and policies.

In addition to lending work, this role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions, as well as handling related financing matters.

Candidates should demonstrate strong writing, communication, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $150,000-$225,000.
