Real Estate Associate (Portland)

Holland& Knight's Portland office has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3 to 6 years of transactional experience, including significant responsibility for real estate finance and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. The candidate should have a deep understanding of title and survey review and general deal knowledge. Experience with leasing and joint ventures is a plus but not a prerequisite. Admission to practice in OR, immediate transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent writing skills are also essential.

This position may be filled in Portland. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $250,000 – 340,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
