REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY--JUNIOR/ENTRY LEVEL

Junior Real Estate Attorney (Entry-Level) – Massachusetts & Rhode Island

We are seeking a junior or entry-level real estate attorney to join our growing, team-oriented firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys who are committed to mentorship, training, and helping you build a successful long-term practice.

You will gain hands-on experience handling real estate transactions while making a meaningful impact by guiding clients through important life and business decisions.

Compensation: Base salary + incentive compensation tied to client origination
Location: Massachusetts / Rhode Island (hybrid flexibility may be available)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions
  • Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties throughout transactions
  • Support negotiations with guidance from senior attorneys
  • Represent clients before municipal boards (training provided)
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on real estate law
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff in a team environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed or eligible to practice in Massachusetts (and Rhode Island preferred)
  • Interest in real estate law (experience or coursework is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally

Your compensation will consist of a salary AND a percentage of the income your clients generate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions and matters including negotiation of real estate transactional documentation
  • Represent clients before municipal boards
  • Conduct appropriate legal research
  • Enjoy a collaborative relationship with our other attorneys, paralegals and staff
  • Maintain a useful understanding of changes in relevant laws ensuring the highest level of legal representation
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
  • Familiarity with real estate transaction processes
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent people skills focused on the ability to build rapport with clients
