Junior Real Estate Attorney (Entry-Level) &ndash; Massachusetts &amp; Rhode IslandWe are seeking a junior or entry-level real estate attorney to join our growing, team-oriented firm. Your compensation will consist of a salary AND a percentage of the income your clients generate.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions and matters including negotiation of real estate transactional documentation</li><li>Represent clients before municipal boards</li><li>Conduct appropriate legal research</li><li>Enjoy a collaborative relationship with our other attorneys, paralegals and staff</li><li>Maintain a useful understanding of changes in relevant laws ensuring the highest level of legal representation</li><li>Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law</li></ul>​​Qualifications:<ul><li>Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island</li><li>Familiarity with real estate transaction processes</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent people skills focused on the ability to build rapport with clients</li></ul>Our firm offers the opportunity to expand your personal practice to include our other practice areas such as business law, estate planning, elder and probate law, personal injury/workers compensation, and family law/divorce practices.
