We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager &ndash; E-commerce to lead and scale our E-commerce initiatives across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian e-commerce ecosystem, especially in the Babycare and Mothercare segment, and a proven track record of driving online sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility.<ul><li>E-commerce Strategy &amp; Execution</li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy across D2C and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.)</li><li>Lead end-to-end ownership of online sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability</li><li>Marketplace Management</li><li>Manage listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory for all key platforms</li><li>Optimize product visibility through SEO, A+ content, and keyword strategies</li><li>Build strong relationships with category managers and platform partners</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Cross-functional Collaboration</li><li>Lead a team of e-commerce executives, analysts, and content specialists</li><li>Collaborate with supply chain, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting</li><li>Track KPIs such as GMV, traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, and repeat purchase rate</li><li>Provide actionable insights to improve user experience and sales funnel performance</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 12&ndash;15 years in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role</li><li>Industry Preference: Babycare, FMCG, D2C brands,</li><li>Education: MBA or equivalent in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Indian e-commerce platforms and consumer behavior</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills</li><li>Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
