We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – E-commerce to lead and scale our E-commerce initiatives across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian e-commerce ecosystem, especially in the Babycare and Mothercare segment, and a proven track record of driving online sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- E-commerce Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy across D2C and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.)
- Lead end-to-end ownership of online sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability
- Marketplace Management
- Manage listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory for all key platforms
- Optimize product visibility through SEO, A+ content, and keyword strategies
- Build strong relationships with category managers and platform partners
- Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead a team of e-commerce executives, analysts, and content specialists
- Collaborate with supply chain, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as GMV, traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, and repeat purchase rate
- Provide actionable insights to improve user experience and sales funnel performance
Key Requirements
- Experience: 12–15 years in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Industry Preference: Babycare, FMCG, D2C brands,
- Education: MBA or equivalent in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Indian e-commerce platforms and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and growth
