Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time Ladies-Only Pilates Studio &amp; Wellness HubRole Overview A ladies-only Pilates studio and wellness hub is looking for a female receptionist to join the team. The receptionist will be the face of the space, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth daily flow, and excellent client experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in managing class schedules and bookings through Glofox.</li><li>Welcome clients, handle check-ins, and respond to inquiries.</li><li>Prepare basic F&amp;B items (coffee, matcha, juices).</li><li>Supervise and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of all areas.</li><li>Support the sale of packages and memberships by explaining offers and pricing.</li><li>Assist with marketing campaigns, social media activities, and promotions.</li><li>Follow up with clients, gather feedback, and support customer engagement.</li><li>Help organize small events, challenges, and community activities.</li><li>Manage WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Female candidates only (ladies-only space).</li><li>Experience with fitness booking systems (Glofox preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Presentable, organized, proactive, and able to multitask.</li><li>Basic food &amp; beverage preparation skills.</li><li>Friendly, positive, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 per month
