Role Overview
A ladies-only Pilates studio and wellness hub located in Abu Dhabi/ Al Raha is looking for a female receptionist to join the team. The receptionist will be the face of the space, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth daily flow, and excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing class schedules and bookings through Glofox.
• Welcome clients, handle check-ins, and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare basic F&B items (coffee, matcha, juices).
• Supervise and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of all areas.
• Excellent marketing skills and support the sale of packages and memberships by explaining offers and pricing.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, social media activities, and promotions.
• Follow up with clients, gather feedback, and support customer engagement.
• Help organize small events, challenges, and community activities.
• Manage WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (ladies-only space).
• Experience with fitness booking systems (Glofox preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Basic food & beverage preparation skills.
• Friendly, positive, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
