A DAY IN THE LIFE:
<ul><li>Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of projects from the earliest stages of takeoff through installation.</li><li>
Work directly with General Contractors and Subcontractors</li><li>
Manage freight budgets and installation crews as needed.</li><li>
Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.</li><li>
Work near a shop and manufacturing environment</li><li>
Travel to job sites across the U.S bi-weekly</li></ul>
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Previous experience in large-scale building construction</li><li>
Previous experience managing subcontractors</li><li>
Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook,</li><li>
Experience in expediting, logistics management, and project management</li><li>
Ability to oversee inspections and ensure compliance with regulations</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>
Proficiency with project management software and tools</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field</li><li>
Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus</li><li>
Experience in managing people to ensure compliance and quality of work</li></ul></div>
