We are seeking an experienced HR &amp; Payroll Coordinator to support two skilled nursing facilities: Monarch Springs Wellness &amp; Rehabilitation and Pine Grove Manor Skilled Nursing.

This is a hands-on Human Resources and Payroll role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee-focused HR responsibilities with accurate payroll processing in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

<li>Assist with HR compliance, audits, and unemployment claims</li>
<li>Serve as a key point of contact for employees across both locations</li>

<ul><li>Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time</li>
<li>Manage timekeeping, edits, and payroll reporting</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and wage/hour laws</li>
<li>Maintain payroll records, audits, and employee data updates</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h3>
<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of HR and/or payroll experience</li>
<li>Healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of employment law, payroll processes, and compliance</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Must be local to the St. Louis, MO area</li>
