This staff member would oversee a crew of 3-4 lawn care team members, responsible for safety, quality and provide customer service for both residential and commercial costumers. We are looking for caring and compassionate people who are fun, caring, and have a positive attitude. This individual wants to make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities and help support and teach them the skills to obtain employment and gain independence. A DSP works closely with our Program Individuals providing person centered, community inclusive supports, supervision, daily living skills, teaching, and overall support in a work environment.
