This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills in a dynamic environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries with attention to detail</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, data entry logs, and ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies inventory</li><li>Provide customer support by answering questions, providing information about services or appointments, and resolving minor issues efficiently</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office experience or administrative experience is essential for success in this role med spa</li><li>Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Strong computer literacy with excellent typing skills and data entry accuracy</li><li>Experience working with multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing, calendar management, and bookkeeping is preferred</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is a plus</li></ul>Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your organizational skills, positive attitude, and dedication to exceptional service will make a meaningful difference every day.
