Overview We are seeking a talented and licensed Certified Lash Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! This energetic role offers the opportunity to enhance clients&rsquo; natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and other specialized services. As a key member of our salon, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences, showcase your artistry, and promote our premium beauty products. Your passion for aesthetics and commitment to sanitation will ensure a safe, welcoming environment where clients leave feeling confident and radiant.Duties<ul><li>Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for each client</li><li>Perform complementary services such as brow shaping, tinting, and lash lifts to elevate client satisfaction</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety</li><li>Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to prolong their results</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, optimizing your daily workflow</li><li>Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client results and boost salon revenue</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training and education</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Licensed as a Certified Lash Technician with valid cosmetology or esthetician credentials</li><li>Strong management skills to handle appointments efficiently and maintain a smooth workflow</li><li>Proficiency in salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation standards, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, and other esthetic treatments is preferred</li><li>Experience with social media management for marketing services and engaging with clients online</li><li>Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing personalized recommendations based on client needs</li></ul>Join us in creating stunning transformations while delivering top-tier guest services!
