Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for each client
• Perform complementary services such as brow shaping, tinting, and lash lifts to elevate client satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to prolong their results
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, optimizing your daily workflow
• Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client results and boost salon revenue
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training and education

Skills

• Licensed as a Certified Lash Technician with valid cosmetology or esthetician credentials
• Strong management skills to handle appointments efficiently and maintain a smooth workflow
• Proficiency in salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, and other esthetic treatments is preferred
• Experience with social media management for marketing services and engaging with clients online
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing personalized recommendations based on client needs
