Social Media &amp; Video Content Manager for Pink Heart HealingPink Heart Healing is seeking a creative and skilled Social Media &amp; Content Manager to oversee our digital storytelling, brand presence, and visual marketing. This role will play a key part in developing engaging video content for our crystal showcases, live sale promotions, and educational initiatives, while managing our social media platforms to reflect our brand&rsquo;s heart and energy.The ideal candidate has strong social media management experience and is confident in understanding current social media trends across all major platforms.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and moderate social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest)</li><li>Monitor and adapt to evolving social media trends and platform features, bringing fresh ideas to the team and aligning new trends with the PHH brand aesthetic.</li><li>Schedule and post content in alignment with our marketing calendar and product launches</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Creative and Advertising teams to align campaigns, visuals, and messaging</li><li>Brainstorm and execute creative social media concepts that enhance community engagement and brand recognition.</li><li>Basic understanding of videography, including shooting and editing</li><li>Assist in creating photo and video content that highlights crystals, products, and brand education</li><li>Track analytics and performance to refine strategy and increase reach</li><li>Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all platforms and projects</li><li>Will occasionally assist with live events to showcase our products and interact with customers.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media for a brand or business</li><li>Proficiency in video shooting and editing for digital platforms (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)</li><li>Understanding of lighting, framing, and basic camera use for video production</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content tools</li><li>Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a creative, fast-paced environment</li><li>Passion for storytelling and aesthetic presentation</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Not Required)<ul><li>Knowledge of crystals, minerals, or metaphysical concepts</li><li>Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta</li><li>Graphic design or photography experience</li><li>Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best posting practices</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Schedule: 25-29 hours per week, on-site preferred</li><li>Compensation: $30-32hr, with possibility of benefits if moved to full-time</li><li>Reports to: Upper Management</li><li>Location: Denver, CO</li><li>Benefits: Possibility of Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, employee discounts, PTO, and more if full-time</li><li>Work Environment: Collaborative, women-led, energy-centered workplace focused on creativity and connection.
