Social Media & Video Content Manager for Pink Heart Healing

Pink Heart Healing is seeking a creative and skilled Social Media & Content Manager to oversee our digital storytelling, brand presence, and visual marketing. This role will play a key part in developing engaging video content for our crystal showcases, live sale promotions, and educational initiatives, while managing our social media platforms to reflect our brand’s heart and energy.

The ideal candidate has strong social media management experience and is confident in understanding current social media trends across all major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest)
• Monitor and adapt to evolving social media trends and platform features, bringing fresh ideas to the team and aligning new trends with the PHH brand aesthetic.
• Schedule and post content in alignment with our marketing calendar and product launches
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Advertising teams to align campaigns, visuals, and messaging
• Brainstorm and execute creative social media concepts that enhance community engagement and brand recognition.
• Basic understanding of videography, including shooting and editing
• Assist in creating photo and video content that highlights crystals, products, and brand education
• Track analytics and performance to refine strategy and increase reach
• Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all platforms and projects
• Will occasionally assist with live events to showcase our products and interact with customers.

Required Skills

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media for a brand or business
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing for digital platforms (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
• Understanding of lighting, framing, and basic camera use for video production
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content tools
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a creative, fast-paced environment
• Passion for storytelling and aesthetic presentation

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Knowledge of crystals, minerals, or metaphysical concepts
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta
• Graphic design or photography experience
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best posting practices

Position Details

• Schedule: 25-29 hours per week, on-site preferred
• Compensation: $30-32hr, with possibility of benefits if moved to full-time
• Reports to: Upper Management
• Location: Denver, CO

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
