This role is perfect for someone who loves home fragrance and would have fun talking about it, loves interacting with people, showcasing products, and creating a fun, interactive shopping experience.If you&rsquo;re someone who can tell a story, make people laugh, answer questions on the fly, and get viewers excited about what you're sharing, this could be the perfect role for you.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Host live streaming sessions to introduce and demonstrate Pink Zebra products, emphasizing their unique features and customization options, several day per week.</li><li>Engage actively with viewers by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Promote sales by highlighting product benefits and encouraging viewer participation through calls-to-action.</li><li>Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm throughout live broadcasts to enhance viewer experience and brand loyalty.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan content themes and promotional campaigns for live events.</li><li>Participate in product launches, themed shows, and special live events.</li><li>Manage technical aspects of live streaming, ensuring smooth broadcasts and high-quality presentation.</li><li>Monitor viewer interactions on chat platforms, responding promptly to inquiries related to product details or orders.</li><li>Share insights from the live audience to help improve future shows and promotions.</li></ul>What Makes Someone Great in This Role<ul><li>Comfortable and confident speaking live on camera</li><li>A natural storyteller who can explain products in a relatable way</li><li>Quick thinker who can respond to comments and questions naturally</li><li>Positive energy and a warm, welcoming personality</li><li>Ability to keep viewers engaged and entertained</li><li>Passion for connecting with people and creating a memorable experience</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Previous experience in live selling, live streaming, or social media hosting</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present products confidently in a lively manner.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and customer service or audience engamenet.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate live streaming schedules.</li><li>Passion for sales, social media engagement, and creating an energetic shopping experience.</li></ul>Join us as a Live Seller / Live Commerce Host to bring excitement to our brand's online presence while connecting with customers worldwide.
