Pink Zebra Moving is looking for experienced moving professionals who are ready to lead from the front.As a Lead Mover &amp; Driver, you'll be responsible for leading moving crews, delivering exceptional customer experiences, safely operating our 26-foot moving trucks, and ensuring every move is completed efficiently, professionally, and with care.We're seeking leaders who take pride in their work, communicate confidently with customers, and can motivate a crew to perform at a high level. If you have professional moving experience and are ready for more responsibility and earning potential, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Do<ul><li>Lead crews of 2&ndash;4 movers on residential and commercial moving projects</li><li>Safely operate and drive 26-foot moving trucks</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the move</li><li>Conduct move walkthroughs and set expectations with customers</li><li>Direct crew members and ensure efficient loading, unloading, packing, and transportation of customer belongings</li><li>Complete inventories, move paperwork, and electronic job documentation</li><li>Collect payments and properly close out completed jobs</li><li>Train and mentor newer team members</li><li>Ensure company safety standards and quality expectations are met on every move</li><li>Protect customer homes and belongings while delivering a five-star moving experience</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of professional moving experience required</li><li>Previous crew leadership experience strongly preferred</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old</li><li>Valid driver's license required</li><li>Chauffeur's License required</li><li>Current DOT Medical Card required</li><li>Clean driving record with no major violations within the past 3 years</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day</li><li>Ability to work in varying weather conditions and climb stairs frequently</li><li>Must pass a background check and drug screening</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Earn $25&ndash;$30+ per hour including tips and bonuses</li><li>Daily tips</li><li>Bonuses programs</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Company uniforms provided</li><li>Supplemental insurance options</li><li>Referral bonus opportunities</li><li>Advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing company</li></ul>Why Pink Zebra Moving?At Pink Zebra Moving, we believe moving doesn't have to be stressful.
