Lead Mover & Driver

Pink Zebra Moving is looking for experienced moving professionals who are ready to lead from the front.

As a Lead Mover & Driver, you'll be responsible for leading moving crews, delivering exceptional customer experiences, safely operating our 26-foot moving trucks, and ensuring every move is completed efficiently, professionally, and with care.

We're seeking leaders who take pride in their work, communicate confidently with customers, and can motivate a crew to perform at a high level. If you have professional moving experience and are ready for more responsibility and earning potential, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Lead crews of 2–4 movers on residential and commercial moving projects
• Safely operate and drive 26-foot moving trucks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the move
• Conduct move walkthroughs and set expectations with customers
• Direct crew members and ensure efficient loading, unloading, packing, and transportation of customer belongings
• Complete inventories, move paperwork, and electronic job documentation
• Collect payments and properly close out completed jobs
• Train and mentor newer team members
• Ensure company safety standards and quality expectations are met on every move
• Protect customer homes and belongings while delivering a five-star moving experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional moving experience required
• Previous crew leadership experience strongly preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Chauffeur's License required
• Current DOT Medical Card required
• Clean driving record with no major violations within the past 3 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and climb stairs frequently
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
