Crew Leader/Driver

EZ Moving is a premier moving and services company based in Ridgefield, CT. We have serviced clients locally and nationally since 2011. We perform both residential and commercial services. Our services include hauling, decluttering, packing, unpacking, residential/commercial moves and local/long distance moves. We are looking for a skilled crew leader with at least 10 years of driving and moving experience to lead a moving crew.

Responsibilities:

-Being the head foreman for my moving, donation, and removal jobs

-Driving long distances periodically in a 16'-26' truck

-Packing up high end china/art

-Moving pianos

-Loading the truck

-Making sure the crew is meeting or exceeding customer expectations

-Staying on top of vehicle maintenance, Cleaning trucks out at end of day, and helping with closing up at end of day

-This job is for someone who is looking to get a lot of hours, and get paid well for it

Qualifications:

- Must have a flexible schedule (Days of operation are Monday-Saturday)
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
- Must have a cell phone
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a DOT medical card
- Must have at least 10 years of moving and driving experience.
- Must be able to lift +100lbs without any accommodations
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Must have great communication skills and customer service skills
