Mon-Friday with weekend on- call every 6-8 weeks</li></ul>
Summary:<ul><li>
Manage resident care needs according to care plans,</li><li>
Supervising and coaching staff on shift to ensure standards of care are met</li><li>
Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols</li><li>
Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families</li><li>
Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.</li><li>
Participate in on call weekend rotations approximately every 6-8 weeks and 2 out of 3 of major holidays per year</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Current Maine RN</li><li>
Experience working as a nurse manager or supervisor</li></ul></div>
