Nurse Supervisor

Schedule Available:

• 3p-11:30p

• Mon-Friday with weekend on- call every 6-8 weeks

Summary:

• Manage resident care needs according to care plans,

• Supervising and coaching staff on shift to ensure standards of care are met

• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols

• Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.

• Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families

• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.

• Participate in on call weekend rotations approximately every 6-8 weeks and 2 out of 3 of major holidays per year

Requirements:

• Current Maine RN

• Experience working as a nurse manager or supervisor
