Job Description:A Reputed Meghalaya based Ferro Alloy Manufacturing Company is looking for Sr. Purchase Executive/Purchase Executive for its Head Office in Guwahati.Job Description:<ul><li>Good and clear communication skills are a prerequisite for the post</li><li>Order all Raw Materials and ensure each requisite raw material is available for production</li><li>Ordering Raw Materials such as Semi Coke, ECA Carbon Paste, Mill Scale, TMT Rods, Refractories, Lancing Tubes, HR Sheets, etc</li><li>Items for procurement may also include equipment / machinery such as CT&rsquo;s, Circuit Breakers, Relays, Panels, Motors, Meters, Conductors, wires, Cables, Cranes, Hoists, PT&rsquo;s, RVT&rsquo;s, Valves, Coils, Transformers, Oils, Starters, etc.</li><li>Items may include industrial spares such as Nuts, Bolts, Blades, Switches, Lights, Fuse, Gloves, Helmets and Boots etc.</li><li>Handling Repairs of JCBs, Tippers, forklifts, etc.</li><li>To check, prepare a list/log of all indents issued from the factory and their subsequent follow up from Head Office.</li><li>To send an email / telephonic/verbal / written inquiry for all items received as per indents.</li><li>The candidate needs to prepare comparison sheets for every item in MS Excel to determine the L1 Price, Specifications, and Quality.</li><li>Coordinate with Transport, Billing &amp; Receipt of Interstate &amp; Intrastate Purchase of Equipment&rsquo;s.</li><li>Developing and negotiating Vendors for Purchase for both within the state and other Parts of India.</li></ul>Job Specification/Requirements:-<ul><li>B Tech Electrical/ITI in Electrical department from any reputed Institute with a minimum of 3 years and above experience in Purchase on above field.</li><li>Prior Experience in Purchasing of Bulk Materials in any Ferro Alloys/Steel/Cement/ Similar bulk industrial products Industry will be preferred</li><li>Good Communication and sharp Negotiation Skills shall be required</li><li>Interpersonal skills for handling local as well as interstate suppliers</li><li>Multi-tasking, timely follow-up with suppliers/ vendors, Positive Attitude, Hard work &amp; Sincerity is expected.</li><li>Preferred Candidate &ndash; Candidate from North Eastern State having prior work experience in various Ferro Alloys industries of Assam or Meghalaya are preferred.</li><li>Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Take stock of all current legal cases and litigations related to Insurance, Arbitration, Tax, Civil, Criminal, NCLT, State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, APTEL, High Courts, Supreme Courts, etc.2. Get appraised with a thorough status update on all current pending legal cases and matters3. Liaison with Advocates on record or Senior counsels for all current pending cases for a speedy conclusion4. Preparation / Vettingof petitions for cases to be filed5. Vet and evaluate all petitions that are already filed and look for shortcomings6. Prepare for current cases as per their date of listings; well in advance7. A leading manufacturing firm is looking for an experienced HOD &ndash; Maintenance, to lead and manage the complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Utility maintenance functions of a Ferro Silicon plant (7.5 MVA X 2) equipped with Submerged Arc Furnaces (SAF) at 132KV level. This role requires the selected candidate to reside at the plant premises (Byrnihat, Meghalaya), with bachelor's accommodation and food provided by the company.Key Responsibilities- Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery.- Ensure uptime and smooth functioning of Submerged Arc Furnaces, transformers, compressors, hydraulic systems, cranes, gearboxes, DG sets, etc.- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.- Ensure timely availability of spares and critical equipment.- Provide technical support to the Production team for furnace operations.- Coordinate shutdowns and ensure minimal production loss.- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments.- Review and approve purchase indent for spares and maintenance materials.- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement.- Maintain daily maintenance logs, machinery history records, and downtime reports.- Present monthly maintenance performance reports to management.- Plan and manage maintenance budgets.Candidate RequirementsDiploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, or related fields.Minimum 6&ndash;12 years of maintenance experience in heavy industries.Mandatory:-Experience in Ferro Alloys / Ferro Silicon / Steel / Submerged Arc Furnace plants.-Must be willing to work full-time at the Byrnihat, Meghalaya plant.Service Contract: 15-month service bond (mandatory for this role).Immediate joiners preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
