We are looking for an MEP Site Inspector to review and approve contractor submittals, resolve technical issues arising and ensure compliance with contract requirements.Technical CompetenciesEssential<ul><li>Degree qualified &ndash; as a minimum.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience of Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering in Dubai, UAE.</li><li>Must have integrity, be flexible and proactive.</li><li>Must demonstrate ability to act independently as part of a team.</li></ul>Behavioural CompetenciesEssential<ul><li>Good communication skills in written and spoken English.</li><li>Good team player, able to communicate effectively with colleagues.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Carry out inspection of works in progress.</li><li>Ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings.</li><li>Assist Site Mechanical Engineer / Site Electrical Engineer with review of shop drawing and material submittals.</li><li>Monitor and report contractor progress and all activities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
